I stayed at Comfort Suites recently and enjoyed my time there. The location made it easy to get to the places I wanted to visit. The beds felt really cozy, and I got a great night's sleep. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and really made me feel welcomed. Breakfast had a nice variety, especially the waffles, and I appreciated the coffee options. However, the hot tub wasn’t working during my visit, which was disappointing after a long day of activities. Also, the carpets could use a deep clean as they looked a bit worn. My room had everything I needed, but the overall cleanliness of common areas was not as high as I’d hoped. Still, the staff's friendliness made up for some of the minor setbacks.

One of our rooms had the fire alarm covered with plastic, which was a huge safety concern. Didn't feel great about that.

It was just a perfect match for a two-day stay in Benbrook with great value for money. The front desk lady was wonderfully sweet and really made us feel welcomed after a long drive. Just a heads up, check the breakfast options as they might not fill you up.

Don't miss the breakfast bar—everything was fresh and beautifully arranged. Highly recommend asking for extra pillows for added comfort!
